We understand that life can be busy and unexpected things happen. Our deposits can not be canceled, but they can be rescheduled 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Since we reserve the room and the service provider’s time specifically for you, if you do not arrive at your appointment and have not rescheduled within the 72 hours, we will need to keep the booking fees. This policy ensures our employees are properly compensated for their time.
