Colibri specializes in elite Laser and Beauty treatments. Our signature service is laser hair removal, but we also offer a comprehensive range of beauty services. These include injectables such as Botox and Fillers, alongside other advanced treatments designed to enhance your natural beauty and confidence.
We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our providers and other clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without a late rescheduling fee. Any deposit already paid may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late changes and are subject to our late cancellation/rescheduling policy outlined below.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, any deposit already paid will not be refunded or transferred. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
Late Cancellations, Rescheduling & Online Bookings
For appointments booked online and secured with a card, a late cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply when changes are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
The amount of this fee varies depending on the treatment booked and the deposit/booking amount associated with that service. In most cases, the fee is approximately $50, but it may be higher or lower depending on the treatment.
If your appointment was secured by an e-transfer deposit, the deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
Appointments Booked Within 48 Hours
If an appointment is booked less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a 2-hour grace period from the time of booking will apply.
During this grace period, you may cancel or reschedule without being charged a late cancellation/rescheduling fee, provided the change is made before the scheduled appointment time.
After the 2-hour grace period, the appointment is considered confirmed and the standard late cancellation/rescheduling policy will apply.
Please note that all deposits remain non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled rather than rescheduled, any deposit already paid will not be refunded.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation. For online bookings secured by a card, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged. For appointments secured by an e-transfer deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be secured.
Why We Have This Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and rescheduling often leave us unable to fill the appointment, particularly when other clients have been turned away because that time was already reserved.

You should arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and relax in our tranquil environment. If you are running late, please note that we may need to shorten your treatment to keep our schedule on track for the next guest.

For most of our treatments, you will be asked to remove your jewelry, so we suggest leaving bracelets and necklaces at home.

Botox injections are commonly used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines in several areas, including the forehead to smooth horizontal lines, between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) to address frown lines, around the eyes (crow’s feet) to soften smile lines, and around the mouth to reduce lines and enhance the lips. The effects of Botox typically start to become noticeable within 3 to 7 days after the initial injection. You will see gradual improvement, with peak results usually achieved around 2 weeks after treatment. This gradual onset allows for a smooth and natural-looking enhancement of your appearance.
Immediately after your Botox injection, it’s best to leave the treatment area as undisturbed as possible. Stay upright and avoid bending forward or backward. Lying down should be avoided for 4 hours after your treatment, and for the first night, consider sleeping propped up on a pillow. Don’t apply any pressure, ice packs, or massage to the treated areas. Avoid intense activities or exercise for 24 hours following your treatment. Stay out of the sun, and wear sunscreen if you go outside. Avoid using harsh and potentially irritating skincare products.
